Description

Captivating Swiss blue Topaz stone takes center stage in this sterling silver ring, which is held securely by a bezel setting. The rich blue and grey enamel background is achieved through a hot transparent enamelling process, revealing a subtle, hand-engraved pattern underneath that enhances its depth. Finished with sterling silver ring band with engraved texture, this ring exemplify the artistry of enamelling – an age-old and demanding technique used to create their stunning stylized floral motif.

Process

The pattern is made on a silver basis with thin silver wires which form the cloisons. Enamel powder mixed with water and lay on the silver basis into the made cloisonné  cells. The item is put into the kiln, where the enamel melts at 800°C temperature.  3-4 layers are needed to achieve colour depth. Lastly, jewellery is polished until its surface gets a glossy brilliant look.

❗ Every design is hand crafted so if it needs to repeat one of them, each one will look a little different from the next because of the process. Each artworks i stamping with my personal jeweler mark. Also a polishing cloth include as a gift!
