Beautiful multicolor silver ring made using Champleve enamel technique.
The base underneath the enamel layer is engraved which shows deep and transparency of enamel.
Process
Pendant covered with hot transparent enamel. Enamelling is an art of decoration metal surfaces to create colourful and amazing designs. It's a very old and laborious technique.🛠 Champlevé is an enamelling technique in which cells are carved and filled with enamel. Enamel powder mixed with water and lay on the silver basis into the made cloisonne cells. The item is put into the kiln, where the enamel melts at 800°C temperature. 3-4 layers are needed to achieve colour depth. Lastly, jewellery is polished until its surface gets a glossy brilliant look.
❗ Every design is hand crafted so if it needs to repeat one of them, each one will look a little different from the next because of the process. Each artworks i stamping with my personal jeweler mark. Also a polishing cloth include as a gift!
