Description

Earrings with a fern symbol are the embodiment of the eternal legend of St. John’s Day. It is a symbol of miracle, luck and the search for mystery. Lapwing, an elegant and energetic bird, gives this earrings playfulness and uniqueness. The composition is enriched by Baltic amber, breathing the warmth of the sun. These jewelry are carriers of history, legends and the beauty of nature.

Process

Earrings covered with hot transparent enamel. Cloisonné enamel is the technique, where delicate patterns are formed by shaping and adhering fine silver wire (99.9% pure silver) onto the prepared silver base. These compartments are then filled with vibrant, opaque, and transparent vitreous enamel powders, which are fired at high temperatures to fuse into a smooth, lustrous surface. 3-4 layers are needed to achieve colour depth. Lastly, jewellery is polished until its surface gets a glossy brilliant look.

❗ Every design is hand crafted so if it needs to repeat one of them, each one will look a little different from the next because of the process. Each artworks i stamping with my personal jeweler mark.
